Track Your Order
Every Petnosia order is sent with tracking. Here is how to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. That email contains your tracking link — open it to see the latest status of your parcel.
2. Cannot find the email?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still has not arrived, you can see your order history and tracking details by signing in to your account.
3. Ordered, but no tracking yet?
Tracking is generated when the parcel leaves the warehouse, so there is a short window after ordering when no tracking number exists yet. If your order has shipped and you still have no tracking, send us a message and we will look it up for you.

No tracking service is connected to this store yet, so there is no live order-number lookup on this page. Once you install a tracking app (for example Track123, 17TRACK, ParcelPanel or AfterShip), paste its tracking-form embed code into this page in Shopify admin → Content → Pages → Track Your Order and this box becomes a working order-number and email lookup.
