How we get your Calm Companion to you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Enter your delivery address in the checkout and the exact cost for your location will be shown before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also follow your parcel from our Track Your Order page.

Order processing

Editable placeholder — processing time. Add how long you take to dispatch an order after it is placed (for example “orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days”). Edit this in Shopify admin → Content → Pages → Shipping Policy.

Delivery times

Editable placeholder — delivery estimates. Add your estimated delivery windows per destination (for example UK, Europe, rest of world). We have deliberately left this blank rather than guess, because a delivery estimate you cannot meet creates chargebacks and complaints.

Where we ship

Customs, duties and taxes

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before the parcel is dispatched.
